With the publication of the new FEM 4.103-1 / FEM10.2.14-1 the Concrete Society TR34 Defined Movement recommendations have been effectively relegated back to a simple commercial guideline document. The guideline has no scientific basis and is used to advertise the companies of the members of the committee. The new FEM document adopts the VDMA Guideline, for use with VNA Trucks which is focused on the requirements of the end user and means a more efficient and safer VNA warehouse.
